Photo IDs for Junior Fair Exhibitors & Advisors...
All 4-H/FFA Advisors and Junior Fair Exhibitors WITH LAST NAMES BEGINNING WITH “N” – “Z” are asked to have a photo taken during 2018 (Those with last names A – M will have their photo taken in 2015). Please keep in mind that individuals who are attending a QA or Horse Safety & Ethics program in order to meet an exhibit requirement, may not have their photo taken during the actual program. It must be taken prior to or after attending the program. Each Junior Fair exhibitor and club / chapter advisor will be issued a new ID card each year. ID cards will be dated and color-coded so that they are only valid during the year in which they are issued.
Livestock Quality Assurance:
Any Hartford Fair youth exhibitor who has not attended one approved Junior Fair Livestock Quality Assurance training will be ineligible to exhibit livestock (in the areas requiring QA training) during the 2018 Hartford Independent Fair if they are unable to complete a Quality Assurance training by June 1, 2018.
